NOTE: The Classic Center escalators will be out of service as they undergo a full replacement, and will not be available for use during the event. Due to the scope of work being done, the escalators will also not be accessible as stairways during this time. While this renovation may cause a temporary inconvenience, it is part of the ongoing efforts to enhance and improve the guest experience throughout the facility.
To help ensure a smooth experience for you, the following measures will be in place:
• Alternate routes will be available through the Atrium/Firehall stairs, the Parthenon stairwells, and the Athena and Parthenon elevators.
• Clear signage will be placed to guide guests to these routes.
• The Classic Center team will be on-site and available to assist guest, including helping guests with mobility needs.
