
The University System of Georgia will host its annual New Deans and Department Chairs Workshop on July 14, 2026, at the Cunningham Conference Center at Columbus State University.
Designed to support leaders new to their new roles, this one-day, in-person workshop will provide essential information, practical tools and key resources to help new deans and department chairs begin their new appointments with confidence. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas with internal and external higher education leaders.
Five virtual sessions held throughout the fall semester extend the workshop experience through continued learning and peer connection.
Registration Fee: $90 (includes lunch and breaks)
