Georgia Gwinnett College Cinema and Media Arts Production (CMAP) majors gain hands-on experience with current digital media equipment and media techniques, participate in rewarding internships that connect students with industry professionals, and attend courses tailored to their interests and skills in various areas of film and other media industries.

CMAP majors also benefit from professional training, internships, apprenticeships and job placement opportunities from GGC's partnership with the Georgia Film Academy.

Earn an industry certification in Film & Television Production; Post-Production; and Live Production, Streaming & Esports in as few as 8 months. The GFA is a unique workforce training program that collaborates with over 30 colleges and universities in Georgia. All courses are taught by current or former industry professionals and provide students with hands-on access to the same equipment used by professionals in film, television, and broadcast productions.

GFA students can earn degree credit while attending courses at our GFA Studio Hubs. Certification-only (Professional Edu.) students can register for courses that fit their life schedules.
