The Georgia Archives Conservation Department is excited to present the 2026 Georgia Archives Conservation/Preservation Workshops Series. These three-day workshops designed for individuals from cultural heritage institutions, archives, libraries, museums, and galleries, or anyone with an interest in learning how to best take care of their items. Suitable for beginner to intermediate and prior conservation experience is not required.
Join us for one or more workshops to gain a greater understanding of paper and book conservation/preservation and how to best preserve your keepsakes!

Registration fees include all materials, and lunch and snacks will be provided for the in-person workshops.
The workshops are generously sponsored by the NHPRC, FOGAH, and the Clayton County Tourism Authority.
The online workshop will be held via Microsoft Teams.
The in-person workshops will be held at the Georgia Archives, 5800 Jonesboro Road, Morrow, GA 30260.
